All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within Lebanon

We currently ship throughout Lebanon. Delivery times vary by location:

• Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1-3 business days

• North, South, Bekaa & other regions: 2-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the package and products to assist with the claim process.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within Lebanon. For international orders or special requests, please contact us directly before placing an order.
